As part of our strict manufacturing we test every single lockstrap for an elongation of 100% of its normal length.
Our lockstraps are manufactured from a material that provides protection from UV rays, excellent elasticity from -25°F to +150°F with an elongation rate of 535% and a tensile strength of 5,400 psi at break.
Our lockstraps will not crack or oxidize and are highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals.
Our testing program ensures that if a lockstrap did have a manufacturing defect we would catch it before it is packaged with the bracket.
